Purpose: An in-depth intensive training designed to challenge even the most skilled practitioners and managers. Simple yet universal, The Wisdom WAY unfolds the skills to activate talents of clients, employees, and one’s self.
The impact on clients is profound, as it reveals their unique pathway home to their own (W)holeness, health, and healing. Simultaneously, the embodied pragmatic wisdom of the teaching approach itself opens potent doorways for participants into their own personal transformation. This intensive is for those courageous of heart, who wish to positively impact our global humanity.
This program teaches the necessary skills to apply The Wisdom WAY – Levels 1-4.This is a map, method, and means which is a bridge that allows for human psychology to be addressed directly and particularly, while not using pathology, typology, or diagnostic labels. Universal wisdoms, made particular for each client, reveal doorways to personal release, self-validation, and authentic autonomy. Being a master of the first 4 levels will train you in an approach that may be integrated with all other studies in which you have engaged. This foundational understanding is simple and yet profound in its applicability to most concerns presented. It cuts like a laser to the particular simple truths of an individual or business structure, while maintaining its universality.
Those who are trained in The Wisdom WAY will be unique in the world of coaching and management.
Learning The Wisdom WAY is via self-application first and then an exploration of integrating this map, method, and means into coaching situations. Through class time, POD meetings, and assignments, you will have support and practice with honing your understanding and skills. Upon graduation, you will have QRM status, which designates that The (W)hole Point Institute “certifies” that you understand and have demonstrated the capacity to apply The Wisdom WAY map, method, and means in a one-on-one setting
Details of the class process will be further revealed the morning of the first phase.
The completion phase will include a review/discussion/questions, bridging between the world of Coaching and The Wisdom WAY, oral and written proficiency demonstrations, and a graduation ceremony
