24 Sep 25 Years-A QUARTER CENTURY
Time’s flow and the evolution of The (W)hole Point Institute:
Have you ever noticed that the experience of time varies depending upon the extent to which you are taking part joyously or you are dreading the next step? SANCTUARY and The (W)hole Point Institute have now been in existence for a quarter of a century.
Whoooa….as I write the phrase that denotes 25 years – “A quarter of a century”-I am brought up short.
How could this be? How did we arrive here? How could it possibly be that that much time has passed?
This Space and Place of SANCTUARY is the literal ground upon which The (W)hole Point Institute, LLC (TWP) physically exists. In 1999, John and I moved into the building which houses our home and businesses. Now, in 2024, the expansions that are the most noteworthy are those that are inner. YES, TWP programs have multiplied, John’s business is in a state of continuous flow, and we have expanded from local to national to Global in our expressions.
The most exciting for me, Alaya, is THE MASTER CLASS. Now in its third cycle! Reaching out across the globe from South Africa to Amsterdam, Wisconsin, Maine, Maryland, Florida, France, Taiwan, and so forth, and so on——-Around the GLOBE, which is our home as all of humanity.
We moved here in 1999, and the century changed; The Wisdom WAY was born within Alaya, and the pathways around the land were created (Thank you, dear Anne). Sweat, laughter, and surprises crafted The Labyrinth, The Gate of Grace, Mole Moment, The Medicine Circle, and the Stumble Stones until they washed all over the 65 (now 30) acres of Land.
Apprentices and Teachers have intentionally spiraled and evolved from generation after generation until now.
It is truer to say that A QUARTER of a CENTURY of souls have walked, laughed, cried, and awakened to themselves….and now here we are in 2024.
How does one measure all the power of people coming alive to themselves?
How does one name the significance of the ripples of transformed souls?
How does one point to the surprising recognition that it isn’t the amount of time that has passed but rather that the countless faces, tears, giggles, and realizations are beyond any form of measurement?
And over the course of this soul distance from 1999 to 2024, I personally have expanded, softened and relaxed into the MORE of ME.
