Certified Radiance Master-Healers
Certified Radiance Master-Healers (CRMs) are individuals who have completed the requirements needed to be with another person to Intentionally Spiral their (w)holes, using the Wisdom WAY™ modelÂÂ with integrity and transparency. These criteria include, but are not limited to, attending a minimum of (W)hole Shop Level 4, as well as having completed over 100 hours of intensive studies.
Usually, CRMs are sought after a student has taken their first (W)hole Shop and wants to continue their exploration and healing. This is not a form of psychotherapy, and CRMs are not licensed in psychotherapy. Rather, each CRM is an independent contractor, fully certified by WPI to work 1-on-1, or via phone or video chat (i.e. Skype, GoogleVoice/Chat, MSMessenger, etc), with individuals seeking to awaken, empower, and embody their own wholeness using the foundation of the Wisdom WAY™.
This is a form of “life coaching” grounded in the intersection between psychology and spirituality as seen through the Wisdom WAY™. Prior attendance at a (W)hole Shop Level I is strongly recommended in order to have an understanding of the model.
All CRMs maintain an ethical code of confidentiality and are dedicated to reaching out and offering the unique, practical power of the Wisdom WAY™. The (W)hole Point Wisdom WAY™ does not in any way replace traditional psychotherapy or any other forms of treatment. In fact, it is a framework that works exceptionally well with other modalities.

The (W)hole Point Institute offers a number of experiential training programs for those who wish to deepen their knowledge of The Wisdom WAY and/or use this approach with individuals or groups. Permission to do either is based upon the completion of certain levels of the The Wisdom WAY in its entirety.
Acceptance into any training program(s) is granted by Alaya and the instructors based on the applicant’s readiness.
Certified Radiance Master-Healer (CRM) Training
In order to use The Wisdom WAY in 1-on-1 situations, an individual must complete the first 4 levels of The Wisdom WAY and the associated “take-home” materials, as well as demonstrate their competency to work in the fluid embodied manner required to Intentional Spiral another’s (w)Hole with integrity and transparency.
Completion of this training requires a minimum of 1 year and typically takes 2 years. Those who have met this standard are then granted permission to use this approach with their clientele.

Certified Master Teacher of Radiance (CMTR) Training
To be able to teach the Wisdom WAY to groups requires the completion of the Apprentice Radiance Teacher Program (ART), a year long program above the CRM process, as well as the completion of a “live final” and the approval of The (W)hole Point Institute.
The standards for teaching The Wisdom WAY require the instructor to both know the materials and be able to embody them in their lives as well as in front of a class. The ART process combines material study, classroom experience, and preparation with Mentors to insure apprentices meet these standards.
Application to the ART program requires both verbal and written application. The ART program occurs as the students gather and is not necessarily offered every year. Download the application.

Beyond the Reunion
In (W)hole Shop 7, participants explore the difference between “Meaning Living” and “Moment Living.” This is an advanced (W)hole Shop that builds upon the previous levels to deepen and enrich the understanding of our personal presence and consciousness.
Participants also explore the paradox of one-ness and two-ness over an intensive 2-day period. Students learn and practice additional tools for exploring this relationship in particular to themselves. In particular, students learn about:
- “Meaning Living” and “Moment Living”
- “wisdom seeds”
- portal points
- the “Rainbow Bridge”
- the “Continuum Portal”
In addition, students have many opportunities to work on their own life “holes.” With experienced and knowledgeable teachers and assistants, students are supported in:
- identifying their precious portal point and their unique karmic strands
- discovering their continuum portal qualities
- revealing their unique transparent presence
(W)hole Shop 7 is an advanced level (W)hole Shop and cannot be taken without a student having first participated in the previous levels. Participation in this advanced program requires permission from Alaya Chadwick.
Like prior (W)hole Shops, (W)hole Shop 7 uses a unique combination of visual imagery, toys, personal stories, lectures, and exercises to create an environment that feels safe and welcoming and one that encourages curiosity as well as laughter.
(W)hole Shop 7 is a powerful experience in “walking your own Wisdom WAY™.”

Return to the Marketplace—How to be in the world rather than of it
Moving beyond the structures we have created which restrain our vital (W)holeness, students are invited to step into the fluidity of their presence with confidence.
Based upon all the previous 7 levels of understandings & initiations into The Wisdom WAY, these advanced students often find themselves having spontaneous revelations.
The Cosmic Spiral—A reorientation of life from a spiritual perspective
In (W)hole Shop 6, participants explore the “decision to embody.” This is an advanced (W)hole Shop that builds upon the previous levels to deepen and enrich the understanding of our personal presence and awakening.
Participants also explore the relationship between the human self and soul self over an intensive 2-day period. Students learn and practice additional tools for exploring this relationship, in particular to themselves. In particular, students learn:
- about “descent decisions”
- about limbic theology
- about the relationship to soul self
- the anatomy of the “playground”
- about holy service and witness
In addition, students have many opportunities to work on their own life “holes.” With experienced and knowledgeable teachers and assistants, students are supported in:
- Identifying their personal resistance to direct experience
- Identifying the qualities of their conscious human self
- Discovering their soul’s unique qualities
- Experiencing authentic empowerment through an experiential experience
(W)hole Shop 6 is an advanced level (W)hole Shop and cannot be taken without a student first participating in the previous levels. Participation in this advanced program requires permission from Alaya Chadwick. Like all prior (W)hole Shops, (W)hole Shop 6 uses a unique combination of visual imagery, toys, personal stories, lectures, and exercises to create an environment that feels safe and welcoming and one that encourages curiosity as well as laughter.
(W)hole Shop 6 is a powerful experience in consciousness that is not to be missed.
